How we plan an event with you
In the first conversation we discuss the purpose of the event, the audience, possible dates, venue options, the expected number of guests and the budget range. This allows us to propose a realistic concept and scope. During planning, having one decision-maker on your side and one coordinator on ours keeps communication simple. Invitations, stage graphics and signage are prepared by our design team. Where needed, the same team also produces promotional items, stand elements and the photo and video content to be shared after the event, so all event communication is handled by one team.
