Exhibition Stand Production

A strong stand design only works if it is built accurately, delivered on time and assembled safely on site. Grafikare handles exhibition stand production from approved design to dismantling. Construction takes place in our workshop in Türkiye, where carpentry, finishing, graphics and technical preparation are coordinated under one roof. We then arrange transport and assemble the stand at exhibition venues across Europe.

Production starts with technical drawings based on the approved design. We check dimensions, materials, load-bearing parts, electrical requirements and the technical rules of the organiser and venue, and we prepare the documents organisers request. Materials and finishes are chosen with transport, reuse and the available budget in mind. Where a stand will be used at several fairs, we design it in modules that can be adapted to different floor plans.

Before shipping, stand elements are pre-assembled in the workshop where possible, so issues can be solved before the build-up days. We arrange transport to the venue and coordinate with the organiser, logistics partners and the venue's service providers. On site, our assembly team builds the stand, installs graphics, lighting and AV equipment and hands it over ready for your team. After the fair, we dismantle the stand and discuss with you how modules can be reused at future events.
