An exhibition stand is a brand built in three dimensions for a few intense days. We design and produce stands for trade fairs in Türkiye and across Europe — from concept and 3D visualisation to production, logistics, on-site build-up and dismantling.
Design follows the goals of the show: product presentation, meetings, demonstrations or hospitality each need a different layout and flow. We work with modular systems for frequent exhibitors and with fully custom builds where the brand experience justifies it, always within the venue’s technical regulations.
Because production is coordinated from Türkiye and project management from the Netherlands, brands can rely on a single team for shows such as those in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Cologne, Milan or Istanbul.

What exactly does a turnkey exhibition stand cover?
It covers everything from concept design and 3D visualization to production, transportation, on-site installation at the fair, technical support during the fair and finally dismantling. We are your single point of contact; you focus only on your customers.
How long does it take to prepare an exhibition stand?
On average, your stand will be ready to be set up at the fair within 3-6 weeks after the brief. Stand size, number of floors and custom details may affect this timeline. We also offer accelerated production options for urgent projects.
How is the cost determined?
We prepare a transparent, itemized quote based on stand square meters, number of floors, materials (wood, metal, plexi, LED, etc.), lighting, furniture and audio-visual equipment. No hidden costs.
Do you also provide service at fairs outside Turkey?
Yes. We offer turnkey services at international fairs, especially in Europe and the Middle East, including customs, international shipping and coordination with local installation teams.
Is the stand modular or single-use?
Both options are possible depending on your needs. If you attend more than one fair per year, we recommend modular, reusable stands. For one-time special concepts, we also produce unique, single-use designs.
Is there an extra charge for the 3D design presentation?
For accepted projects, 3D concept design and renders are included in the service fee. For concept-only work, terms are set on a per-project basis.
Can you store the stand after the fair?
Yes. Upon request, we store your stand in our own warehouse and set it up again at the next fair, so you don't face full production costs for every fair.
Who handles technical issues during the fair?
Our field team is on standby throughout the fair. We quickly respond to any issues related to lighting, screens, electricity or furniture.
