KVKK Notice (Türkiye)

This notice is issued by Grafikare Tasarım ve Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. as data controller under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). It applies to processing carried out by our Turkish company; EU/EEA visitors should also read the GDPR Information page.

4. Legal basis

KVKK art. 5/2: legal provision, performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest; otherwise explicit consent under art. 5/1.

5. Collection method

Website forms, e-mail, phone, social media, physical and electronic contracts and cookies, by automated or partly automated means.

6. Transfers

Only to business partners, suppliers (hosting, e-mail, analytics) and competent authorities, as required by the purpose. International transfers follow KVKK art. 9.

Learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly
Know the third parties to whom data is transferred
Request rectification
Request erasure or destruction under art. 7
Request notification of these actions to third parties

8. How to apply

In writing to our registered office or to info@grafikare.com with a secure electronic signature or from your previously notified e-mail. Requests are answered within 30 days. You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
