Web Applications
For processes that do not fit off-the-shelf software, we design and build web applications with UX design and software development in one team.

What you get
- Customer and dealer portals
- Dashboards and admin panels
- SaaS product development
- Role-based access control
- Maintenance and further development
In shortGrafikare designs, builds and maintains custom web applications such as customer portals, dashboards and SaaS products, with in-house design and software teams in İstanbul and Leiden.
Some business processes no longer fit into spreadsheets, email threads or a standard website. A custom web application brings them together in one place: a customer portal, a dealer or supplier platform, an internal dashboard, a booking or quotation tool, or a SaaS product you offer to your own customers. At Grafikare we design and build these applications in-house, so the people who plan the user experience and the people who write the code work in the same team.
We start by mapping the process the application has to support. Who will use it, which tasks do they perform, what data is involved and which existing systems does it need to exchange data with? From these answers we define user roles, permissions, screens and a realistic first release. We prefer a focused first version that works well over a long feature list that delays launch, and we plan further development in clear stages.
During development we work in short cycles with regular demos, so you can test real screens instead of reading specifications. Security is part of the work from the start: authentication, role-based access, server-side validation of every input and protection of personal data under GDPR and, where relevant, KVKK. Interfaces are built to work on desktop, tablet and mobile, and in several languages when your users need that.
After launch we stay involved. We monitor the application, fix issues, apply security updates and develop new features based on real use. Because Grafikare also handles branding, integrations and digital marketing, your application connects naturally to the rest of your digital ecosystem. You receive documented code, a clear hosting setup and a roadmap for the next steps.

How We Work
-
01
Process analysis
We identify users, tasks, data and the systems the application must connect to.
-
02
UX and interface design
We plan roles, screen flows and the interface design.
-
03
Development
We build the application in short cycles with regular demos.
-
04
Testing and security
We test functions, permissions and security controls before launch.
-
05
Launch and evolution
We launch, monitor and develop the application in stages.
Frequently asked questions
Web Applications
What kinds of web applications do you build?
Browser-based applications such as customer and dealer portals, internal dashboards, booking and quotation tools, and SaaS products. The scope is defined by the business process the application has to support.
How long does a web application project take and what does it cost?
Both depend on scope: user roles, the number of screens, integrations and language requirements. After the discovery phase we present a phased plan and a quotation.
Why a custom application instead of off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf software is often sufficient for standard processes. If your process is distinctive, if you need to bring several systems together or if you want to offer the application as your own product, custom development can be the better choice. We assess this together during discovery.
Can the application work with our existing systems?
Where a suitable API or data exchange method is available, we can integrate with ERP, CRM, payment and other systems. We review the technical options during discovery.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We offer post-launch support for maintenance, security updates, bug fixes and new features. The scope of support is agreed based on your needs.
